RSA IGL 7.1.1
Use Case: an administrator resets a user's password which is randomly generated and a link to view the new password is sent to the user's email address (default Reset Password button + Default Reset Password Form).
Issue: to access his mailbox the user needs the new password since the account to which the password has been reset is the AD account and AD is the unique authentication source for both the mailbox and the RSA IGL portal. So the user cannot access his mailbox and cannot see the new password.
Could you suggest any workaround?
