I am getting the below error on version 7.2.0
I have put the custom.WF_QUEUE_DEPTH_DURATION_WARNING as 7500 and restarted the server, also cancelled some old requests which were pending.
Looking any workarounds or resolution to issue, thankyou in advance.

I recommend you open RSA Customer Support case and request that the engineering run a CR WF HealthCheck report against your system to identify change requests that need to be cleaned up.
