When trying to save a fulfillment workflow we are getting the below error and the workflow does not gets saved.
An error occurred while communicating to the server.
RSA Aveksa Version: 7.1.0P09
It looks like the customer already has case 01734597 open with Customer Support.
does this work on all different browser types an each of your enviorments?
We tried in mozilla and chrome and the workflow does not gets saved. We have a same workflow in UAT and it is working as expected.
i would raise a case then with RSA Support and include the logs for their review
