enVsion not generate nuggets??

Dear all i have many IIS servers configured to send logs to envision using sftp agent , i can see the logs when its arrived in E:\nic\4000\SiteName -ES\ftp_files , the logs its huge and the envision start proccesing it and files start in disappearing from ftp_files folder , as usually .. but the problem that I cannot see the nugget in the nugget folder (D:\tmp\nuggets\microsoftiis\[ip address]). and also the device not appear on envsion device LIST,????? the arrived logs around 3 GB , and i wait until all logs transferd and wait until envsion finish processing files in ftp_file folder , but nothing happened .. i restart all the service many time and make sftp agent resend logs many time , and nothing new.. so what is the problem , or how i can diagnostic such problem ????
