E-mailing Report - Not sent

Hi,

We have sonfigured Sev3 & Sev4 reports to be sent to us via e-mail everyday evening. It has been working fine till last week. We have received only Sev3 report and Sev4 was not delivered to us, though both run at the same time. I've checked with the Mailing team and Networks team and no traffic was found from the Envision server with regards to e-mail.

Reports are being generated successfully, but they are not sent to our mailbox. Please suggest me.
