Linux auditd log parser

Hi folks,

 

Does anyone have already succeeded to write a parser for linux auditd log files ?

The official rhlinux parser puts everything in the meta event.desc while such information are a gold mine!

 

Such a parser requires taking into account multiple lines, convert some of the value from hex to ascii, and ideally will convert some stuff in human readable values.
