Issue with alert for customized UDS devices

Dear All,



we are using envision 4.0 SP3 LS with EA.


We have developed the customized UDS for SUN IDM.


All the logs are parsing in to the reports. But when we are trying implement the rule into the view, immediately we are receiving an error under manage views that "alert service is not running".



We are facing this issue with our customized UDS devices only.
