Yes we had it in the past.Over the weekend we were doing server patching related to an Windows Security Patch.
This patching was done in all Environments. But in other Environments Package Generation is working fine.
This looks like the job engine is unable to connect to the advanced workflow. Are you able to access the advanced workflow urls from the job engine server?
Pre 6.6: http(s)://<advancedworkflow url>: advworkflow port/workpoint/rest/auth.svc
post 6.6: http(s)://<advancedworkflow url>: advworkflow port/wpservices/rest/auth
You need to make sure the url is accessible from the job engine manager.
It could be various factors, like incorrect url, firewall rules etc. It may need further analysis, Would request to open a support case
I did the url check and was presented with a Service screen with some information about Metadata publishing. Is this expected? Sorry i couldn't provide a screen shot. I'm assuming this is good since I didn't receive a 404 page.
You are supposed to see that page. Make sure it is loading from all servers including the job engine managers (this is where the package runs from). You should not see any certificate error or 404. Services meta data page is what is expected. If still issue, please open a support case so we can review this completely.
