How do I reset the password for my RSA Community account?

Follow the instructions below to reset your RSA Community password using the Forgot Password self-service portal.

1. Navigate to the RSA Community home page (https://community.rsa.com) and click on the Register Now button.
   
    
   

    

   
    
2. On the Registration Portal, click on the Forgot your password? hyperlink next to the Email field.
   
   
3. Type in the email address associated with your account and click on the CONTINUE button.
   
    
4. You will then be presented with a confirmation message instructing you to check your email.

5. Locate the email (which will be from SelfServiceRSA@rsa.com and will have "RSA Forgotten Password" as the subject) and copy the temporary password.

6. Return to the RSA Community home page and click on the Log In button.  (Shown in Step 1)
    
7. Log in using the temporary password.
    
8. You will then be prompted to create a new password, after which you will be logged in successfully to the RSA Community.

Notes

If you also wish to reset your On-Demand Authentication (ODA) PIN, you may do so by logging in to the RSA Self-Service Console.

If you need your Security Questions to be cleared in order to configure them again, please submit a request to SecurID Customer Support.
