Reminder: RSA eFraudNetwork SSL Certification Change – RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.x – Customer Action May Be Required
We would like to inform you that we will be renewing the SSL certificate for RSA eFraudNetwork service within RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.x . The change is applicable for customers using RSA eFraudNetwork service through RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.x, connecting to the following eFraudNetwork URL: secureft.efraudnetwork.net . The change in production will take place on August 19th, 2018.
Customer Action May Be Required
RSA eFraudNetwork agent within RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.x uses the Java trust mechanism that checks that the root certificate is a known trusted CA. Customers who changed the default behaviors of the Java may need to add the new root certificate to their trust store. Below you can find the new root certificate.
No other changes are required.
To assure continued connectivity and functionality, RSA will coordinate a connectivity test window prior to the production change in certificate. Failure to perform above action by the test window, on July 22nd, 2018, may result in disruption or complete loss of service during the test window.
RSA eFraudNetwork Service Test Window
A 24-hour test window is planned to start at 11:00 am GMT, July 22nd, 2018 and conclude at 11:00 am GMT, July 23rd, 2018.
Customer Action During the Test Window
You must validate that the RSA eFraudNetwork system functions normally during and after the test window. You should check the scheduler log file generated during the test window. If there is a connectivity issue, the following error may appear in the scheduler log file: “File download failed: Got exception”.
RSA will be working with you to ensure continuity of service.
