** Upgrade Path – customers should upgrade to the latest, most recent current shipping version, inclusive of the most current service pack / patch as available. Customers can also choose to upgrade and transition to the SecurID Governance & Lifecycle Cloud Service. Please contact your account team for more details.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
 
  • EOPS Dates – The EOPS date for a release is originally based on when the release initially becomes available, currently two years. The EOPS date is for the release and all respective versions are supported when under active maintenance.
    • Then when a service pack is released (e.g.: 7.5.2), that becomes the new current shipping version and subsequent patches, and updates may still be available on the prior version (e.g.: 7.5.0) for up to a maximum period of six (6) months thereafter and will have a target final dateAt this point patches and fixes are no longer available (e.g.: on 7.5.0) and will only be available on the latest version for that release (e.g.: 7.5.2) moving forward.
    • EOPS dates are subject to change and modification.
  • Patches and Hot Fixes – SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 is the latest current shipping version. Patches, Updates and Hot fixes are only available on the latest and most current supported versions of SecurID Governance & Lifecycle.
    • If “Patches Available” is “No” – no further patches are provided for that corresponding version.
    • If “Patches Available” is “Yes” – current patches will be provided until a subsequent version is released.
    • Final Patch Date – is the targeted timeframe for the last patch on the respective version. If the patches are no longer available, this is the date the final patch was made available. Dates are subject to change and modification.
  • To obtain the latest set of updates, fixes, and functionality, it is strongly recommended for Customers to upgrade to the most current shipping version and latest associated service pack release of SecurID Governance & Lifecycle.
  • Version numbers indicate all respective modules shipped with that version. (e.g. DAGW, ACM, AFX)

NOTE: Current Hardware Appliances can be upgraded to the latest version of SecurID Governance and Lifecycle. The EOPS date shown for the Hardware Appliances is based upon the last ship date by SecurID and may not align with the version of SecurID G&L that is running on the appliance or when the Hardware Appliance was purchased. Once EOPS is reached, existing Hardware Appliances under active maintenance will continue to be honored and additional maintenance extensions are no longer accepted. Customers are encouraged to work with their account teams and SecurID Professional Services to transition to a software-based deployment model, including SecurID Governance & Lifecycle Cloud.
