  • The RSA Regus Drop-In Program provides subscribed RSA members flexible access to Offices, Co-Working space, Meeting Rooms, Video Communications and Business Lounges at over 3,300 locations worldwide.
  • When RSA Regus Drop-In Program is available, each Business Unit’s Vice President will decide the respective groups and subscribers that will be eligible for participating in the RSA Regus Drop-In Program.
  • To participate fees will be applicable. Fees differ between Offices, Co-Working space, Meeting Rooms, Video Communications and Business Lounges. The budget created and managed at the Business Unit level.
  • By partnering with Regus, our subscribed RSA members will be able to leverage Regus’s multiple locations to effectively work in spaces designed for productivity that come with everything included, whether it’s industry-leading technology, a professional reception service or quality food and drink.
  • RSA Regus Drop-In Program solutions enable RSA to improve financial performance, minimize risk, increase efficiency and boost productivity. Regus provides practical workspaces for local teams, meeting rooms for sales presentations, executive space for senior management and flexible access for subscribed mobile workers.
  • Once the RSA Regus Drop-In Program membership is available, RSA subscribed users will get on-demand access to Private Offices, Meeting Rooms, Co-Working spaces and Business Lounges by easily searching and booking professional workspaces on the go through the Regus App. Determination of RSA employee subscriber pool is still pending and will be decided by the Business Unit Vice Presidents or CEOs.

  • Why was the decision made to close or not enable more RSA managed offices and facilities?
    RSA has evaluated its investments in each office and location and has made a business decision designed to take out costs while retaining team members to continue their important work. Our flexible work strategy gives us the ability to do this.
  • What is the BU spend plan per month for the Regus Drop-In Program?
    $2.5k for each BU per month.
  • Are other sites being considered for office closure?
    We are building a culture around the idea that work is outcomes based and not anchored to a specific place or time. This has created a mission that puts a premium on flexibility, innovation, opportunity, sustainability and, ultimately, cost savings.
  • Who decides if I am eligible to be a subscribed member?
    When RSA Regus Drop-In Program is available, each Business Unit’s Vice President or CEO will decide the respective groups that will be eligible for participating in the RSA Regus Drop-In Program plan.
  • Once I am eligible, which subscription plan will I receive?
    Eligible members will have on-demand access to any Regus center by drop-in or reservation, for a pre-specified number of days per month for a pre-specified workspace (office, co-working or lounge). Access to center amenities, including reception and business lounges are included. Each Business Unit’s Vice President or CEO will decide the respective subscription plan members will receive.
  • What if I want to change my subscription plan?
    If you would like to change your RSA Regus Drop-In Program subscription plan, please reach out to your manager.
  • How do I book space?
    RSA subscribed members will be able to book online using the Regus Online Account or by using the Regus app once available.
  • Can I make phone calls?
    Yes, phones are available in Co-Working space and Meeting Rooms. Applicable call charges will be billed directly to your account so RSA staff will be encouraged to use their mobile devices.
    You are free to use your mobile phone in the Business Lounge but be aware of privacy issues in any open area.
  • What other services are available at the Regus centers?
    Regus Centre teams will be happy to provide a list of all services. Some of the many services available include printing/scanning/copies, and administrative support. When active, all feature will be viewable online.
  • Can I park at a center?
    Parking availability will vary from center to center. You may find if parking is available at a specific center in your Online Account or by calling the center once your account is set up.
    Parking fees will be an additional expense that will need to be charged to your AMEX and submitted for reimbursement though your Business Unit.
  • How can we ensure security/confidentiality within Regus offices?
    Except when using private conference rooms, you must use the same security / confidentiality measures as you would when working in a public area, airplane, or in a hotel lobby, restaurant, or coffee shop.
  • What is the Regus Drop-In Program?
    The Regus Drop-In Program will enable “Drop-In” usage for subscribed staff, however staff will not have assigned seating in the Regus building. Subscribed staff will use an App to make an office, cube, or lounge “reservation” in a building and will drop in to use it. Staff will reserve a spot to use when they drop in, then leave and take their stuff at the end of the day. If they need to come back, they will reserve another room or cube that’s available.
  • How do I locate a center?
    Once RSA Regus Drop-In Program is established, RSA users will be able to download the Regus app for their smartphone and select their workplace center or through RSA Link. RSA members can also find Regus locations on the web by accessing RSA’s Online Account.
  • How do I make use of Regus Business Lounges?
    Via the App, simply show your RSA identification and membership number at reception when you visit a location and Regus staff will show you to the Business Lounge, where you can simply sit down and start working productively.
  • What are the opening times for Regus centers?
    Centers are generally open during standard business hours of 8:30am until 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, however some locations are open in line with local business customs. Before/after-hours access can be coordinated directly with the Regus center team.
  • Can we bring a visitor?
    RSA subscribed Enterprise members may bring one visitor at any one time to the Co-Working area. This will require a separate booking as additional booking fees to RSA will apply. 2+ guests will require a meeting room booking.
  • Can I bring a visitor into a Business Lounge?
    Yes, subscribed RSA Enterprise members may bring one visitor to the Business Lounge. A fee to RSA will be charged for the visitor. Only one Business Lounge visitor is allowed per visit. Ask at your Regus local center for applicable charges.
  • Will the Regus office spaces have storage?
    No, there will be no storage since these spaces are drop in spaces, not dedicated spaces.
  • What are the fees?
    RSA is negotiating fees and schedules with Regus. Fee’s will be shared closer to launch date
  • Do the centers have internet access?
    All centers have business-grade internet access.
  • Are Regus sites equipped with whiteboards, polycoms, printers and other office equipment?
    Most Regus offices are equipped with standard office equipment such as whiteboards, polycoms and printers. Please note, team members will be reassociated with printing.
  • Will competitors be using the same space?
    Regus locations are used by many types of customers across many industries so it is possible that competitors will using the Regus locations. For co-meetings, private conference rooms are available.
  • Will I need to download an app?
    Downloading an app is not required but is highly recommended for optimal experience.

  • RSA will utilize Regus Virtual Offices to maintain business registration in relevant countries where mail forwarding and call answering services are available.
    Services Include:
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, or ad hoc mail forwarding
  • Pay-as-you-use or unlimited calls from your business line
  • Choice of regional or national business phone number
  • Professional call answering services
  • What is a Virtual Office?
    A virtual office isn’t a full-time workspace for your business. With Regus virtual office packages, RSA registers the business at one of the Regus workspaces and RSA benefits from having a prestigious address in a leading location. All our business addresses belong to real workplaces.
  • How often will our mail be forwarded?
    With Regus mail forwarding service, you can choose to receive your mail daily, weekly, or monthly, rather than collecting your mail in person.
  • Will receptionists answer the phone in RSA’s name?
    With Regus phone answering service, the professional receptionists will answer calls in RSA’s name. They will transfer calls to you or take messages on your behalf. If someone drops in to see you unexpectedly, they will let the visitor know you are elsewhere that day.

    RSA’s office space comes with furniture, a professional reception team, mail handling, secure technology, high-speed WiFi, utilities, cleaning, maintenance, use of the business address, use of the communal kitchen, 24/7 access, two hours of community meeting room use a day, and unlimited complimentary access to our global network of business lounges.
  • What are extra services offered?
    You have the option of adding on access to printing and scanning facilities, full call handling, mail forwarding, fresh tea and coffee, catering, completely customized office, furniture and equipment, and additional meeting room use. Any extra costs are to be charged to your corporate card.
