Add Alternative IP Addresses for Instances
Add Alternative IP Addresses for Instances
You can provide alternative IP addresses for each instance used for authentication. For example, you might do this if your authentication agents must communicate with an RSA Authentication Manager instance on a server behind a firewall using a static network address translation (NAT).
Before you begin
You must be a Super Admin.
Procedure
In the Security Console, click Setup > System Settings.
Click Alternative Instance IP Addresses.
In the Alternative IP Address fields, enter alternative IP addresses that your authentication agents can use to communicate with AM. You can enter alternative IP addresses for each server in your deployment.
Click Save.
You can use the Reset button to reset the page contents.
