View an Agent Associated with a RADIUS Profile

You can view a list of all RSA Authentication Manager agents associated with a specific RADIUS profile. You can also view the properties of each agent associated with the profile. For example, you might view a profile to quickly determine how many agents use the profile.

Procedure

  1. In the Security Console, click RADIUS > RADIUS Profiles > Manage Existing.

  2. Select the profile that you want to view.

  3. From the context menu, click Associated Agents.

The list of all agents associated with a profile displays the following:

  • Authentication Agent. The name of the authentication agent.

  • IP Address. IP address of the agent that you specified when you added the agent record to the Authentication Manager internal database.

  • Agent Type. Type of agent (such as standard or web) that you specified when you added the agent record to the Authentication Manager internal database.

  • Restricted Agent. Whether the agent is restricted or unrestricted. Only users who are members of user groups that have been explicitly granted access to a restricted agent can use it to authenticate.

  • Disabled. Whether the agent is enabled or disabled. An administrator specifies the agent status in the RADIUS Agent properties page. (For more information, see Edit the RADIUS Server Agent and Add a RADIUS Client Agent.) The Security Console checks the user status each time it creates the user list.
