Issue
Rule processing is failing for random rules after upgrading to one of the affected versions. The following log message is observed in aveksaServer.log,
03/17/2023 17:49:09.688 INFO (Exec Task Consumer#0 - Sequence) [com.aveksa.server.xfw.RuleExecutionExecutor] Source Run status : Failed. Failing the RunId : 15308
Cause
This issue occurs when the value of the RuleId incidentally matches the value for Data RunId of a previous collection where the status is failed, Aborted or UserCancel.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions:
SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P07
Workaround
If you are unable to patch to a version where this is resolved contact RSA Customer Support and quote this article number.

Issue
Account and User Access Reviews generated with Custom State buttons (enabled from the States tab) do not show the Custom buttons in the Review.

Cause
An improvement in the Role Review process (ability to "Maintain" roles from the Role Review main page without the need to go through every specific role's internal detail) inadvertently affected Custom States in other Review types.
Resolution
This is resolved in the following version:
SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P07
Workaround
If you are unable to apply the version/patch where this issue is fixed, please contact RSA Customer Support and quote this KB article to obtain the following hotfix for applying on the affected version/patch (7.5.2 P05 or P06):

Issue
If more than one user is included under the Approval Node in RSA Governance & Lifecycle, any variable under ${PreviousNode_completedBy_meu} will incorrectly be listed multiple times in the email body, As per the below screenshot, we will include 3 users under the Approval Node: Image description
And we will use the below default mail template on send email node,
Image description Configured variable ${PreviousNode_completedBy_meu_fullName} is repeated three times in the Email Body as we included three users under the Approval Node. Image description Depending on the number of users added under the approval node, The email Body will include any variable related to ${PreviousNode_completedBy_meu} repeated multiple times as the number of configured users.
Cause
When Multiple users are configured under the Resources section in approval WF the workflow incorrectly iterated through all the configured users(Work items) and printed the Approver details who Rejected the CR in each iteration.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions where the contents of the variable is now only expanded once.

Recommendation: RSA strongly recommends that customers upgrade to this latest update. Please note that all patches are cumulative.
