RSA offline authentication not refreshing even though no changes have been made to/in the AM VM, security console, and operations console. Only notes are: maintenance renewal for a RSA SID Access Virtual Appliance was renewed (nothing done to that besides the vendor renewal portion), 300 software tokens expired, then renewed, then those tokens expirations were extended via the license file from the renewal. Tested with a user, the expired (then extended) software token, allowed the user to login, while connected to the company vpn, but shows no offline days. Refreshing offline days did nothing. Re-installing the windows agent, did not resolve this. Once disconnected from the VPN, the user gets Authentication Failed on logging in. A hardware token that had offline days, when refreshed in the windows agent, changed to no longer having offline days and could also no longer be used to login while not connected to the company network. Any additional places to look into for this issue, would be greatly appreciated!

When i am clearing Incorrect passcodes under authentication settings and click on same, 8.2 admin portal wont let me save and throws me error stating 'Fixed passcode' and 'Confirm Fixed passcode' do not match and wont let me save. I am not setting a fixed passcode. I am trying to clear incorrect passcode attempts. I am new to 8.2 and do not have much understanding. Please let me know on how to get this fixed as every time i have check and uncheck 'Fixed passcode' option inorder for me to clear the incorrect passcodes. Attached the screenshot of the error message.

Hi There,
We are new to the RSA SecurID solutions and still having some minor teething issues.
Can anyone advise why the test authentication RSA Agent 1.42 works for a user on a Macbook but he doesn't get prompted to use MFA when logging into the Macbook. There are a few profiles on the Macbook and we know the Cloud Authentication Service is set up otherwise the tests wouldn't work.

Hello everyone. I have a question. The sdconf.rec file that I downloaded from my RSA Security Console has old IP address information for the Primary Server (RSA Authentication Manager). However, when I click on the "Radius" tab in the RSA Security Console I can see the correct IP address for my Primary server. Additionally, no matter how many times I click "Generate Configuration File" and download a new AM_Config.zip file, I still see the old IP address for the primary server when uploading the sdconf.rec file during the RSA Authentication Agent installation on my MS Windows Server 2019 virtual machine. Does anyone have an idea why this discrepancy would exist? Also, is there a way to force the "Generate Configuration File" to see the current information? NOTE: I have rebooted my Linux-based RSA Authentication Manager multiple times.
