Hi Team, I am currently facing an issue I did not know about. I clicked on "Create New Case" but the webpage returns with "Access not permitted" and "The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience." Also, when I click on view my cases, the webpage returns with "Access Denied" and "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue. Return to my original page" Does anyone know what can I do about this?
