Resolution
The sdconf.rec and the server.cer files from the master ACE/Server /ace/data directory must be available during the installation of the Remote Administration application. You can place the files on a diskette and insert the diskette into the A: drive, or you can place them in a temporary directory on the hard drive. The installation program will request the location of the two files. When the files are located, the program gives the option to install Remote Administration.
