This article describes the configuration steps involved in integrating 15Five with RSA Cloud Authentication service using SCIM. RSA Cloud Authentication Service will serve as the SCIM client with 15Five acting as a SCIM server providing an endpoint for the SCIM client to connect.

Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service as a SCIM Client

Perform these steps to configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service as a SCIM client. 
Procedure

1. Sign in to the RSA Cloud Administration Console.
2. Navigate to Applications > Application Catalog and choose 15Five.
   
   
   
3. On the Basic Information page, provide a name for the 15Five app and an optional description.
   
4. If an integration for 15Five using SAML is needed, refer to the articles listed in the Integration Configuration section of 15Five - RSA Ready Implementation Guide. If only fulfillment is needed, proceed to the next step.
5. Navigate to the Fulfillment page in the left pane.
6. Enable the fulfillment service by using the toggle button and choose the Approver Type from: None, Manager, Application Owner, Manager, and Application Owner.
   
7. In the Fulfillment Configuration Type drop-down list, choose SCIM Endpoint and enter the required details.
   1. Base URI: https:// <org-Subdomain>.15five.com/scim/v2
   2. API Key: The Access token obtained during the 15Five configuration. Refer to the 15Five configuration section on how to get these values. 
      

Configure 15Five as a SCIM Server

Perform these steps to configure 15Five as a SCIM server. 
Procedure

1. Sign in to 15Five with an administrator account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
   
3. Choose SCIM 2.0 from the list of available integrations.
4. Enable and save the configuration.
   
5. Navigate to Generate OAuth token.
   
6. On the next page, make a note of the values of SCIM 2.0 base URL and Access token. These values will be entered in the Base URI and API key fields on the Fulfillment page in RSA. 
   
7. Click Save.

The configuration is complete.
