Get the node secret to be created when using the Netscape Agent

Issue
When trying to do an authentication, the ACE/Server prompts that the authentication is successful and that the node secret is being sent.
On the client side, the result is access denied and no node secret is being created. The ACE/Agent rejects the next authentication because of the lack of the SECURID file, and, therefore, causes the authentication to fail.
