Account Review Results Change Preview tab does not download any data when saved to a CSV file in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
Review Results in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle where requests are generated explicitly by owner, contain a Change Preview tab that lists the revoked review items that require change requests to be generated in order to perform the revocation. Under the Table Options icon, the Change Preview contents may be downloaded to a CSV file. For Account Review results only, the CSV file contains no data, only headers. Other review results download the data as expected.

For example, the below Account Review has two items that need change requests created in order for them to be revoked. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle User Interface,
  1. Go to Reviews > Results > [Account review name] > Change Preview tab.

  1. Go to the Table Options icon > Save tab > Save Data to CSV File and note the CSV file is missing the two items.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-98532. 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P02.
