The primary support for the following RSA Authentication Agents will end in March 2026:
- RSA Authentication Agents 8.0.x for Web for IIS (Microsoft IIS Web Agent)
- RSA Authentication Agent 8.0.x for Web for Apache (Apache Web Agent)
Note: These agents will be available for download until June 2025.
We recommend migrating your existing deployments (Microsoft IIS Web Agent or Apache Web Agent) to the upcoming RSA MFA Agent 9.0 for Microsoft IIS or RSA MFA Agent 9.0 for Apache.
The new RSA MFA Agent 9.0 versions are designed to integrate seamlessly with the RSA Cloud Authentication Service and RSA Authentication Manager, offering improved security for web sign-ins. The updated agents can be configured to challenge users with passwords and other sign-in options. The RSA MFA Agent 9.0 versions will soon be available for download on the RSA Community.
