Issue
Application fails to fully start and is Home Page unavailable. The following is the error in server.log: 2017-09-05 09:30:38,438 INFO [org.jboss.as] (Controller Boot Thread) JBAS015954: Admin console is not enabled 2017-09-05 09:30:38,439 ERROR [org.jboss.as] (Controller Boot Thread) JBAS015875: WildFly 8.2.0.Final "Tweek" started (with errors) in 26054ms - Started 441 of 790 services (296 services failed or missing dependencies, 122 services are lazy, passive or on-demand) ~ The full detail from today's attempt to restart is attached. This issue was discovered after the Appliance was restarted after patching. In addition, a network bond was removed and was deemed to be the problem but in review looks like network bond was not the problem, however it is included in the background for this issue.
