Authentication Manager 8.x

A new license was purchased for Authentication Manager to add or remove users. The license needs to be downloaded so it can be installed via the Security Console.

To download the license,

1. Login to the my.rsa.com site using the email used to login to the RSA Community.

2. If you are a contact on more than one site, use the arrows to confirm that you are downloading the license for the correct site. Confirm that the address and UCID number are correct.

2. A list of items will display. Click the link for the serial number of the license you need to download.

3. On the next page, choose a version.
4. Under Licenses, agree to Terms and Conditions then click Download.

5. Follow steps to install the license on the authentication Manager primary.

• If you are using the license file to complete Quick Setup of the primary, do not extract the files from the .zip. Simply use Browse to point to the .zip file.
• The license only needs to be installed on the primary. The replication process will push it to the replica server(s).
• If a message of "the license/serial number being installed does not match the license/serial number stored on the server" displays, follow the steps in the article to resolve the error.
• If you have purchased stackable licenses previously, older licenses will be in the Archive folder in the .zip.
