When logging in to the Authentication Manager Operations Console as the Operations Console administrator, additional credentials are required to access certain functions.  This requires entering the credentials for a super admin user.  If this super admin user is in the external identity source, this error can be seen:

Your logon information is incorrect. Correct your logon information and try again, or contact the help desk or your administrator.

This article explains how to resolve the error.
Cause
Only internal database users of RSA Authentication Manager that are assigned a super admin role can be used in the additional credentials page on the Operations Console.
Resolution
The issue can be resolved with either of the following options:
  1. Create a new user within the internal database and assign that user the super admin role, or
  2. Select an existing user within the internal database and assign the user the super admin role.
