Cause
Resolution
The following information was given as a resolution from a customer and has not yet been tested by RSA.
- Logon to the Microsoft Windows workstation as a local administrator
- Open a command prompt as the local administrator.
- Enter the following commands:
regsvr32 /s “C:\Program Files\Common Files\RSA Shared\RSA Credential Provider\SIDCredentialProvider.dll” timeout /t 3
