Issue
 When we try to add any user filter which contains any avform.user.* variable on the Compare Users control type, it does not show any users in the list of selection for comparing users.

Cause
This is a known defect that has been addressed in 7.0.2 P10 and 7.1.0 P03.
Resolution
Applying Patch 7.0.2 P10 or higher, or 7.1.0 P03 and higher will prevent future occurrences of this condition.
