Console logging to Dell 250 appliance gives error 404 error using Internet Explorer 11

Issue
After logging into Dell Appliance 250 console, user experiences a spinning ‘loading’ image with "Access Error: 404 - Not Found". User cannot do anything.
The only action user can take is to kill the browser and try again.

Error_401

User can access console using Chrome without any issue.
Cause
Internet Explorer 11 version requirement.
Resolution
Enable Compatible mode in IE 11.
