Issue
A "Driver Class cannot be empty" warning occurs when the Driver Class is specified in the collector definition for type "Database Connection" in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle.

Cause
Changes have been made in CyberArk which breaks any "Custom Database Collectors." The driver value will always be empty regardless of what is entered into the field. 
Resolution
This issue is fixed in
  • 6.9.1 P13,
  • 6.9.1 P14,
  • 7.0 P03, and
  • 7.0.1 and above.
