Edit the Internal Database
You can edit the internal database to change user password requirements or modify the name of the internal database.
Before you begin
You must be a Super Admin.
Procedure
On the primary instance, in the Operations Console, click Deployment Configuration > Identity Sources > Manage Existing.
If prompted, enter your Security Console User ID and password, and click OK.
Click the identity source named Internal Database, and select Edit.
(Optional) Under Identity Source Basics, edit the following:
In the Identity Source Name field, enter the name of the identity source.
In the Notes field, enter any important information about the identity source.
(Optional) Under User Configuration, for Password, select one of the following:
Require a password for all users within this identity source to enforce a policy that requires you to assign passwords to all users in this identity source.
The user password is optional to assign passwords to users only when necessary.
Click Save.
