Issue
Normally when adding a user in the Internal Database of the Authentication Manager, you must provide a password for the created user, this article shows how to make passwords an optional input.
Resolution
  1. Log into the Operations Console of the system you need to edit.
  2. Select Deployment Configuration -> Identity Sources -> Manage Existing.
  3. Enter the credentials for a Security Console account that have the Super Admin role, this account must also belong to the Internal Database.
  4. Click on Internal Database, then edit.
  5. In the User Configuration Section, check the The user password is optional option, then click Save.
