Enable Email Reply Processing options differ in approval node in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When editing an approval node in a default or custom approval workflow, the following behavior is seen:
- Enable Email reply processing is unchecked by default, so there are seven different options appearing below the checkbox when the node is opened:
- When the box is checked, the option count changes to five:
- When unchecking the option, the count goes to two:
This might cause confusion if you are not sure on where you added your email body when you last opened the node.
