The Valid Reply Answers Approval Request email sent by the system and received by designated approver:

Resolution
Ensure that Approval Email settings is properly configured in the Admin > Email > Settings tab. If the Approval Email Account and the Approval Email Server settings are not configured, the Valid Reply Answers will not be displayed in the Approval Request email
