Issue
An attempt to upgrade RSA Authentication Manager to version 8.5 while using the browser as an update source, the following error is received.
Error 413--Request Entity Too Large
Cause
See the following note: Upgrading RSA Authentication Manager
You can upgrade directly to RSA Authentication Manager 8.5 from a Windows shared folder, an NFS share, or a DVD or CD. Applying the version 8.5 upgrade through your local web browser is not supported.
Also, The maximum upload size that is allowed by the Operations Console is 2 GB by default, while the Authentication Manager 8.5 upgrade ISO is 3 GB+.
