Issue
Unable to generate TSF URL
Cause
- The Name of the user has a bogus character.
- User ID, First Name or Last Name included '&' or '<'
Resolution
- Rename the user in the internal database/external identity source, without special cases '&' or '<' or an umlaut (ü) in User ID, First Name or Last Name to be able to successfully distribute the token with CTF format.
