How to configure a global default Circuit Breaker threshold value in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Resolution
- From the Admin menu, select System > Settings.
- Click Edit.
- In the Data Collection section, enter a value for the Default circuit breaker threshold setting.
- Click OK.
