Error when trying to add duplicate user attribute: "Can't be mapped more than once as User Attribute!" in RSA Via Lifecycle and Goverance

Issue
When trying to trying to add an additional user attribute that is mapped to the same LDAP attribute in the Via L&G LDAP Identity (IDC) or Account (ADC) collector, the following error is displayed: 
{Attribute} can't be mapped more than once as User Attribute!
Cause
The LDAP collector does not allow you to map the same LDAP attribute to different RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance user attributes.   This is by design. 
Workaround
It is possible to define a second Identity (or Account) data collector that only collects attributes.   Create this collector only to collect the new attribute name you wish to use.  In the unification configuration ensure that the new attribute only collector is set so that it does not create users.
