Cause
 

The error you're encountering typically occurs in an ASP.NET web application the ASP.NET impersonation is enabled in the authentication sessions of the IIS Site.
 

Resolution
  1. Go to the RSASecurIDAccessIWAConnector.
  2. Click on Authentications then Disable the ASP.NET impersonation
