Issue
In RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P02, when using any JSP file in the validation URI for a form under the General tab (in the user interface go to Requests > Configuration > Request Forms tab > {name of request form} > General tab), when the validation is activated, the form fails with the following error in the user interface:
 
Exception on form validation:java.lang.illegalStateException:Already connected

The aveksaServer.log file has the same error:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Already connected
  at sun.net.www.protocol.http.HttpURLConnection.setRequestProperty(HttpURLConnection.java:3071)
  at com.aveksa.server.utils.WebServiceUtils.executeCommand(WebServiceUtils.java:119)

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-101157.

 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and/or patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P03
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2
