Resolution
Shared accounts can be prevented to be added in the role by a custom setting.
The custom setting is implemented in the following RSA Governance & Lifecycle versions and/or patch levels:
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P12
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P06
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P04
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.6.0
