How to capture enhanced RSA Authenticator app logs for troubleshooting purposes

Tasks
iOS and Android
- Open the RSA Authenticator app on your device.
- Tap More at the lower right corner
- v4.3 and later: Toggle on Enhanced Log Connection
- Take the necessary steps to reproduce the issue. Or, work normally until the issue occurs again.
- Tap More at the lower right corner of the app
- v4.3 and later: Toggle off Enhanced Log Connection
- Click Send Logs in the app then email the logs either to yourself, or directly to someone who is assisting you with the issue.
Windows
- Open the RSA Authenticator app on your computer
- Take the necessary steps to reproduce the issue. Or, work normally until the issue occurs again.
- Click (i) or About on the left of the app
- Click the Export Logs button.
MacOS
- Open the RSA Authenticator app on your computer
- Take the necessary steps to reproduce the issue. Or, work normally until the issue occurs again.
- Click More in the lower right corner of the app
- Click Email Logs
- When prompted, describe the issue.
