RSA Authenticator app 4.3 for Android Installation Failure

-Removed the old Authenticator
-Tried to install the new version from the APK , got installation failure message
Resolution
1-Uninstall the old app.
2-Reboot the mobile device
3-Install the new authenticator from APK file
