Note the Other button next to Maintain and Revoke. When you click on Other, the appropriate actions display depending on the status of the Account. This RSA Knowledge Base Article explains how to configure RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Account Reviews with these additional Review actions.

Resolution
The first step to configuring these actions is to modify the Account Review definition. Go to Reviews > Definitions > {Account Review name} > Edit Definition > States tab. Under the States tab, toggle the required actions. The Display Names of each action can be optionally modified.

For each Directory or Application that has Accounts to be reviewed, the Allow Account Disabling and/or Allow Account Locking options need to be enabled depending on your Account Review configuration. In the user interface, go to Resources > Directories/Applications > {Directory/Application name} and if the below options are not enabled, edit the definition, enable one or both options depending on your Account Review requirements, and save the definition.
