RSA Version/Condition: 6.9+, 6.9.1+
Components: Access Request, Password Management, AFX (recommended)
Issue
For example, a user becomes locked out of their account and calls the Help Desk. Help Desk users may fill out a request form to have the account unlocked for the user whose account is locked. With AFX, this request may be automatically fulfilled as soon as the request is made.
Tasks
2. Add a field to the form with Control Type “Account Table with Actions"
3. Create a Request Button that calls the Form:
4. Run the form
It is also possible to create a separate form for each function (lock/unlock and enable/disable).
Resolution
There is mention of 'Manage Accounts' and 'Manage User's Accounts' in the documentation to serve the same purpose but no such buttons exist in the product as it stands today. ACM-53310 has been created requesting that reference to these buttons be removed, or that these buttons be added to a future version of the product.
