Issue
This article describes how to set up a request form in IMG so that users (such as a Help Desk) may unlock/unlock and/or disable/enable other users' accounts.

For example, a user becomes locked out of their account and calls the Help Desk. Help Desk users may fill out a request form to have the account unlocked for the user whose account is locked. With AFX, this request may be automatically fulfilled as soon as the request is made.
Tasks
1. Create a request form as follows:

2. Add a field to the form with Control Type “Account Table with Actions"

3.
Create a Request Button that calls the Form:

4. Run the form

It is also possible to create a separate form for each function (lock/unlock and enable/disable).

Resolution
NOTE: To automate the requests, make sure to bypass the approval phase in the workflow and use AFX to fulfill the request.

There is mention of 'Manage Accounts' and 'Manage User's Accounts' in the documentation to serve the same purpose but no such buttons exist in the product as it stands today. ACM-53310 has been created requesting that reference to these buttons be removed, or that these buttons be added to a future version of the product.
