Issue
RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle attributes can be either collected or managed in the user interface directly. This RSA Knowledge Base Article provides information on how to create a custom Entitlement Attribute that is managed (edited) directly in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Application rather than collected from a data source.

Resolution
To create a managed entitlement that is editable in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, create a managed entitlement with the editable box checked, then go the application resource and edit the attribute in the user interface.

In the following example, an Entitlement Attribute called Ent-Attr-1 is created and added to an entitlement in the Perforce application.
  1. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, go to the Admin > Attributes > Edit Entitlement tab.  Add attribute Ent-Attr-1, set the Data Source to Managed and check the Editable box.
