1. Log in to RSA Link, go to the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle page and select Downloads.

2. Here is where you can download the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Appliance Updater.

3. Click the Full Product Downloads link for the version you need to download.

4. This redirects you to the myRSA page.
5. If you have more than one site ID, use the drop-down at the top of the page to select the correct one. Alternatively, use the option to filter by serial number, purchase order, or order number.
6. Click the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle link.

8. You are presented with a list of product components and SKUs.
9. If you do not see your purchased/licensed products in the list, please refer to RSA Knowledge Base Article 0000334510 -- Missing Product Downloads in RSA Link for RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle for information on how to register the missing products.
10. Click the SKU for the product you want to upgrade. The examples below are for the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle Hardware Appliance.

10. Click the drop-down to select the software version.

11. Select the files that you want to download. Click the box to the left of the word File to select all.

12. Scroll down to click the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Once the EULA is accepted, the Download button is enabled.

After agreeing to the EULA, you will not be prompted to accept it again when downloading any software for that version of the product. You are prompted to accept it when you download other versions.

13. Click Download. The download begins.
