How to enable DEBUG logging in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle

Issue
Tasks
- Login as the AveksaAdmin user.
- In 7.2.x and 7.5.x, follow the "bread crumb" trail by selecting Admin > Diagnostics
- In 7.0.x, follow the "bread crumb" trail by selecting Admin > System
- Click on the Logs tab.
- Click on Settings.
- Under Root Logger, change the Level option to DEBUG from the drop-down menu.
- Click OK.
