Issue
The correct card has been entered
Unable to recognize OCS cardset or PIN
Cause
- If the wrong PIN was entered, then on being given a warning the correct PIN was entered
- If the incorrect card was inserted before proceeding to the point where a PIN is requested
These faults are not consistent, but the behavior may be observed in some instances. After an initial failure, an attempt to use the correct card with the correct PIN will fail.
