Issue
When system privileges are added to a user, these privileges are added in the database and also to a file called SecurityContext.csv used by the Aveksa EDC.
Resolution
(6.9.1 or prior)
/home/oracle/jboss-4.2.2.GA/server/default/deploy/aveksa.ear/aveksa.war/WEB-INF/SecurityContext.csv
(7.0.0+)
home/oracle/wildfly-8.2.0.Final/standalone/tmp/vfs/deployment/deploymentb01fe230b4c1104c/aveksa.war-8745c929c0a040a7/WEB-INF/SecurityContext.csv
So, all you have to do is to save a copy of this file using one of the paths above.
