This article provides instructions for locating upgrade files for RSA Via Lifecycle & Governance on the RSA SecurCare Online (SCOL) portal.
Resolution
To find upgrade files for L&G versions on SCOL, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the RSA SecurCare Online portal.
2. Click My Products
3. Select RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance.
4. Click on Version Upgrades.

5. Look for Access Certification Manager.

6. Click on Download Software and wait for the page to load.

7. Once the page loads, select the highlighted option

8. It will take you to a page where you can see current and archive tab where current tab will show the latest releases and the archive tab will show the list of other available versions to download. Click on the Archive tab.

9. Let us take V7.0 as an example.

10. You will be able to see the upgrade/installation files mentioned in the Installation Guide.

Notes
RSA SecurCare Online is currently being replaced with RSA Link, where product downloads will reside by mid-2016.
